Unexpected service. Came in with a flat tire and they got one quickly and installed. Everyone was very helpful.

Once again when I first took my car in there Edgar did not follow up with me after the entire day. Then when I called he told me he was not able to get the car in. Only after I told him to forget about it that he offered to give me a discount "to make it right". However the quote sure didn't seem like a discount. When I called back later and asked him about it he said he forgot about the discount. Later he offered one. The issue here is not the actual work but the proper communication by the service advisor. The communication failure factor here should not be ignored!

The video provided of the work that has been done is a great idea. It gives the customer a better understanding on what has been done or is required in the future.

Great dealership with probably one of the best service departments in the country. They take care of your car very quickly friendly and everything is done properly. Don't know what I would do without them

Received different times on how long service would take from multiple advisors. The vehicle was in service for almost 5 hours. I called prior to booking if parts would be covered under extended warranty but it was not. Instead of advising it wouldn’t at the time of service, the work was completed and was charged over $200 for service.
