I came in thinking it was a break sensor because I just had it serviced in July (less than 1000 miles) and the found the break pad was almost down to the metal. This should have been noticed in July. By the was my truck only has 32000 miles on it. I shouldn't have to have the breaks done yet, but I have now had all breaks done.

Easy service

I purchased a set of four tires from the dealership, which normally I would not do. But they were a very decent price. And I thought I was getting a deal. The dealership offers no insurance on the tires... I have already ended up with a flat with one of the tires and would have had to pay full price for a replacement. If it wasn't for the dealership splitting half the cost with me because it happened within thirty days. Then, I had another problem with one of the tires leaking from the rim. I had to bring it back in, again. It cost another additional $40 bucks to have that fixed (reseated on the rim). The dealership isn't so much the problem as is the lack of services offered... I will not buy another set of tires from a dealership again. It's just not worth it, even though the initial price was a good value.

Chris is always very professional and knowledgeable. The mechanic sent us a video of the inspection.

Morgan flawlessly scheduled my 2026 Suburban oil change and service. She was professional and understood the value of good communication with her customer. This is unlike some of my past experiences with Raymond. Service was completed quickly. Highly recommend you deal with her.
